The Microstrip machines are specially designed to blast with the finest abrasives, such as Armex soda, with precise control of blast pressure and very low abrasive consumption. The vessel is constantly pressurised during operation with the deadman trigger operating air and abrasive valves, this avoids an unwanted slug of abrasive during start-up and ensures the abrasive is at blast speed immediately. |

Abrasive Metering Valve The Thompson II valve with hardened metering sleeve allows for very precise metering of abrasive. A unique clean-out port allows for easy removal of blockages. |

Pneumatic Vibrator Adjustable pneumatic ball vibrator improves the flow of the finest abrasives. |

3rd Signal Valve Allows the operator to shut off the abrasive for blowing and rinsing of the work area. |

Wet/Dry Nozzle The WIN Nozzle for use with Armex abrasives mixes air and water inside the nozzle tip for effective dust suppression. |
