Mobile40

The Mobile40 is a self contained road tow blast system, it comprises an Ingersoll Rand 150cfm diesel air compressor, centre mounted water tank, and rear mounted blast unit.

The blast unit contains either a Microstrip MM40 or Blast-mate EXC 40 blast system, plus an RA40 air powered aftercooler/separator, all housed in a protective enclosure with lockable roller shutter door. The blast machine is fitted with an air powered water pump to allow independent wet blasting, water is drawn from the centre mounted tank which maintains trailer weight distribution regardless of the water level.

The system is mounted on a twin axle, fully galvanised highway tow chassis, with overrun brakes, full lights and 50mmball hitch. This unit is fully EU legal.

Skid-Mate

The skid-mate units are designed to fit into a van or a pick-up truck for mobile blasting and are built to individual customer specification, they comprise of a combination of the following items:- Microstrip or Blast-Mate EXC machine, aftercooler, air compressor, water tank, hoses, media storage area.

They can be built either open or enclosed with roller shutter doors.
