The Blast-mate is a high quality blast system designed for use with all types of standard abrasives, the “EXC” stands for Excellent Performance. Precise control of blast pressure and abrasive flow can be achieved for more efficient blasting with lower media consumption particularly when using fine abrasives. The machine is controlled by a 2-line deadman which pressurises the blastpot and at the same time opens the abrasive metering valve, this avoids the slug of abrasive during start up. |
